Objectified Documentary Write Up

The first few minutes of the documentary named Objectified starts out by explaining how each object you see has a story you just have to find it.  another thing that is talked about is the design process and thinking.  I feel that thinking during the design process is important.  If you are designing something like a handle for example, you should be thinking about how you’re going to incorporate user comfort and grip into your design.

Important elements and principals of design such as form and space are used while developing products.  Part of what good design is about has a lot to do with taste and emotional authenticity, this is important and should reflect what it means to create good design.  I agree with the notion that understanding design could have a significant effect on the the life of someone who doesn’t understand design.  I believe many parts of this documentary are very informative to the viewer and are Important to understand and use when designing.
